1.- Open this image and define it as pattern.



2.- Open a new image 100x100 and fill it with that pattern.
3.- Now open the image you want and crop it, mine is 100x57. Add any coloration to it, mine is explained in the tutorial before.
4.- Now you can place it wherever you want, I did at the botton but leaving few space between it and the border.
5.- Add any text. I added mine in a 24pt size.
6.- And add any tiny text brush. You can find few in my brush section.
