1 .-Open your image and duplicate it.Set it to screen 100%
2.-Create new Layer–>New Adjustment Layer–>Levels.
RGB
RED
GREEN
BLUE
3.-Create new Layer–>New Adjustment Layer–>Selective color
reds:-100,0,100,0
yellows:-100,0,100,0
neutrals:100,0,-50,0

4.-Now you will have something like this:



5.-Cool right?Well we can add some effect by using this texture I made:



6.-Rotate it,set it as soft light and the result will be like this:
