Open the image you want. I am going to use this one:



Duplicate the layer and set it to multiply

Make a new layer and fill it with this color:#322131 and set it to exclusion
Make a new color balance layer and set your option as mine:
shadows: 10,-20,0
Middle tons:-14, 23, 0
And the last step is add a new selective color layer:
red:100,0,24,0
yellow:100,100,0,0
neutrals:12,0,0,0
blacks:100,0,100,0
