Icon tutorial 1

1.- Open your images, I'm going to use two Aishwarya Rai pics from Sweet and talented.
2.- Resize your images till you make 70x70 icons.
3.- Open a new 100x100 document and fill it with #E9E9E9.
4.- Add some effects to the Aishwarya Rai pic. You can find some here. When you add the effect resize it, mine is 60x48.
5.- Now paste it and add some stroke. 6.- Now add some other effect to the other pic and desaturate it. And paste it in the icon and add some stroke
7.- Now add this texture made by me and set it as screen.



8.- Then add some brushes. I add this one made by me.



9.- And as the last step I add a scratchy texture.
