How to create a user for a data base

First you have to create a data base, you can find how to do it here.
Then we have to go add new user in the database options.Fill it with the desired username:



Click on create and it is done!

And if you want add it to a database then you have to go to add user to database and there choose the user and the database name where you want to place the user.
